In cooperative CAM Software distribution SWSTech represents ConceptsNREC in Europe. A main job as representative is marketing and distribution of products and services of ConceptsNREC.

ConceptsNREC offers a complete package of software for development, design, and manufacturing of compressors and turbines. In the field of computer aided manufacturing SWSTech is also responsible for software training and support. Actually, this refers to the NC-software MAX-PAC with the modules:

  • MAX-5™

    NC-programming for milling of open impellers with ruled blade surfaces (flank milling)

  • MAX-AB™

    NC-programming for milling of open impellers with arbitrary blade surfaces (point milling)

  • MAX-SI™

    NC-programming for milling of shrouded impellers from an integral blank.

SWSTech’s services also comprise MAX-PAC APS (Agile Product Support) contracts, that means, that SWSTech is your dedicated partner with respect to technical support and software training in Europe.

CGTech Vericut®

CGTech Vericut® Reseller

SWSTech is the official reseller of CGTech simulation of material removal, simulation of machine motion, and NC path optimization software Vericut®.

Along the lines of MAX-PAC and Vericut Software distribution involves the technical support within the service contracts.

Furthermore, we offer our clients consulting and support on use of Vericut® for their products and machines. Moreover, we can look back to ten years of applicational experience.

On demand we can carry out process improvements, e.g., cycle time optimization using Vericut OptiPath® on actual manufacturing processes for you. You will benefit from our broad manufacturing knowledge and workshop experience as well as from the possibility to test your processes on our own machines.

Postprocessor

SWSTech develops and sells its own postprocessors.

The in house software development allows us the implementation of all kind of NC-Machines and NC-controls.

We implement special features that make life easier for the machine operator like safe approach and go home functionality, parameterization, special impeller features etc. Furthermore, we have solutions tailor made to you needs.
